University hospitals are the best that exist. First rate researchers teaching the new generation of physicians.
They absolutely are. There’s just not that many of them.
Most are. There are a few (no names) with not great efficiencies.
Or at worst not great MD/teachers that don’t step in when a resident or med student is fucking up.
And some universities hospitals are religious which defeats the point.
Complete opposite where I’m at. University hospital is where you go if you want to die or be treated like a lab rat
