No, only if they had been taken to court and found to not be infringing on copyright
My only experience with it was when a friend got durian gummies on a road trip. We figured it’d be the most palatable way to try the flavor.
Each gummy was individually wrapped, but as soon as we opened the big bag the smell was intense in the car and almost too much. We opened a single gummy and we all had to roll our windows down as the stench of toes and death was filling the car from the candy. We tried taking nibbles, but the flavor was identical to the smell and we all had to pull over and spit it out. We had to throw them all away.
And that was 90% sugar, I cannot imagine that fruit in its raw form.
Last I saw them was them saying the left needs to start treating trans people shittier because my"most Americans are transphobic" and if we ever want to win an election again, we have to be transphobic.
As a trans person myself dating another trans person, where are we supposed to go?
So many people in these comments did not read the assignment
What about if a friend tells him first? Wouldn’t that be much worse?
These comments are weird AF to me. If I was your age and my dad gave me a “no objections” blind date, I’d fuck off right then. Personally because I never wanted my parents to meddle in my love life, but I would also not talk about it with them.
If you want to go on random dates with women for the sake of it, and you’re okay reinforcing this behavior from your dad, sure do it. Make sure you spend a shit ton of money so he thinks twice next time he gives you a “no objections” obligation.
But if you have no interest in blind dating I don’t see a reason why you should do it.
I wish I lived your life
In Montana that’s not allowed. It’s possible they don’t make much more than minimum wage, but they can’t earn less than 10.55. Like I said, in coffee shops it’s 15 and up, which is what I make as a teacher
That’s sort of where I’m coming from in a sense. If everyone is being paid a minimum wage (which is 10.50 where I am, but people generally make 15-25 for “entry level” jobs here), why should I be paying extra for specific services?
It really made me stop going and giving them my money in the first place, which is sort of a lose lose for both of us if you don’t consider my fiscal responsibility a win.
But isn’t their labor to clean the surfaces included in the cost of the coffee? Like when I buy groceries, the cost of the groceries pays for the labor to clean surfaces, but I don’t tip extra for that.
Why? If all I order is a drip and they don’t have to do anything special, doesn’t the cost of my coffee cover everything?
What party were the candidates from?
DNC never sent DHS and ice to deport and create fake crimes against my Muslim friend for being an Iranian student in physics. But sure, both sides.
Yeah but whenever multiple cops show up to a scene, there’s almost always one bad cop there. Then the “average” cops don’t do a thing to stop the bad one, and you end up with a bunch of bad cops.
Wow, I must be the only person on Lemmy that cannot
Same. I’ve been journaling intermittently from 2019 on, but I’ve barely filled a whole journal with how often I just give up.
Well the rate of airflow through the fan is at its maximum when there are no filters attached to it. Each filter likely slows down airflow if hooked up in a “series” pattern, but you’re right that having these four in “parallel” will increase flow compared to one strapped directly to it. I’m sure there’s a problem with reducing the airflow too much, because the fans motor would start to burn, and I’d guess that hoisting the fan up in the air rather than standing upright on the ground would improve airflow.
That being said, I’d need to do it myself and see what strapping a single filter to a fan does. I have hunch it wouldn’t burn out the motor, and I imagine it’d still be effective. If the rate of airflow isn’t severely reduced with a single filter, that’d just mean the same amount of air is being forced through a filter in either case (1 vs 4 filters).
Of course the single filter would wear out four times as fast so it probably won’t make a difference in how many you buy in the long run. I’m just sort of rambling at this point but it’s a neat concept to think about.
I still use mine all the time! Works great for computers hooked up as gaming consoles because it’s a mouse and a bunch of very useful keys all in one.
Probably the company making the drugs lol
