OP was in another post trolling about “Darth Vader did nothing wrong” despite many people pointing out that he did in fact murder children and that is pretty wrong. I think they are just a downvote troll.

Same for me. I really really dug the atmosphere, art, all of it. But I got to mid game and it just felt like a slog all of a sudden. Kept putting it off and then never came back to it.

Same for me, I must love everything I see.
Ok fair point.
So two thoughts:
Get more comfortable with making these people wait. You want an email to give me a better price? That’s fine it will take me a minute to lookup my email address. It’s actually not that bad once you get used to doing this. I do it religiously now when I’m traveling and it’s never been an issue.
Consider using DuckDuckGo’s email feature. They will quickly generate human-friendly throwaway addresses like “geek-rhino-spoon” at duck dot com. I have the ddg browser on my phone and once you have it set up, it takes just a second to search “ddg email” and first link goes to the page that generates a new address for you. So it’s super quick to do on the fly. When they forward emails to you, there is a banner at the top with a link to deactivate that throwaway address you used should you start getting spam. It’s pretty slick in my experience.
Edit: fixed a typo

Steve from Gamers Nexus has a solid video where he met with people about Valve and goes into a lot of details on the announced hardware. He reported that they told him that the Steam Machine is not aiming for a console price. This made sense to him as he pointed out it’s basically an ITX computer and you can do computer things with it. Anyway I don’t know what it will cost but I’m guessing north of $500 easily.

The dichotomy of mankind in one thread.

I charge Amelia Vanderhorst with being a legend.

I’m pretty Linux illiterate but as I was making a new build last winter I decided to explore Linux for gaming. I ran Nobara for a few months with good luck. I mostly was playing single player or coop type games. After a couple of months I developed an issue with Nobara having problems updating (it would tell me updates were ready but they would fail to install).
After about a month of this I decided to try out Bazzite as it also had a good reputation. So far it has worked well for me with the one caveat that on the game Dune: Awakening I frequently get unexpected freezes that last 3-5 seconds before the game resumes. This game has PVP so this can be really annoying. I haven’t done any troubleshooting or even tried it on Windows to see if it’s a problem there so really idk if this is a Linux issue or not. Wasn’t worth it to me to investigate because I was losing interest in the game already.
I should note I’m not playing COD or any games running super invasive anti cheat stuff. Really the only problem I’ve had is that I haven’t figured out how to control all of my Corsair lighting/fans/AIO display in Linux so my rig isn’t as pretty as it is when I boot into Windows.

I think one customer brought up the movie one time lol

I was working a photo lab when this movie came out and corporate was alarmed because it was bad publicity. We had talking points to reassure customers regarding privacy etc.

There is an interesting precursor from the election that made Lincoln president. There were groups of young people forming “Wide-Awake” clubs and demonstrating.

I think one problem with this is that there is only so much land/sea on earth. Once all available land is forested you have completely maxed out this option. Then when a tree dies and falls over most of its carbon begins to be released back into the atmosphere by decomposing organisms so you are reliant on another tree taking its place to maintain status quo. Same for any biological solution (algae dies/eaten -> carbon released).

It’s kind of good to hear this. I LOVED Twilight Princess but missed out on Skyward Sword because life got really hectic. Glad I didn’t really miss out from what it sounds like.
Built a new PC last January and started fresh with Win11 on one drive and Nobara on another. I was able to play all of the games I wanted on Nobara just fine. After a month or two I had a problem develop where I was unable to update because it would start giving errors and the update process wouldn’t complete.
I decided to try out Bazzite and have been with it ever since. I very very rarely boot into Windows. I highly recommend giving it a shot!
