It sounded neat, I clicked on it and didn’t click back. When I came back (some time later) I clicked back a ton and it wouldn’t get back to my Lemmy app. Something off with that site. Mean I like what they’re trying to say of course and free games, but clicking back should still work if you left it there. I sort of assume it had to do with some timer loading issue so it back went to the last timer tick or something. Quite a pain though.
I do like the theme and will still buy just to show support but it’d be nice if that didn’t happen. May have to do with my client too shrug

Hunie pop is a legit good game. Its a fun puzzler and a toungue in cheek take on the genre.

HuniePop is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. Out spawned so many clones because it was legitimately well made.

Postal 2 is actually a really good shitpost of a game. It looks like shit, it is unironically edgy and full of 14 year old levels of sexist, toilet humor. But god damn is it actually a good game. Like, a truly solid immersive sim shooter. And one of the only FPS games I know of that has guns and killing where you don’t have to actually get involved and can beat the whole game as a casual observer of the chaos.
Plus you can piss on cops and make cops eat doughnuts filled with dogshit. 11/10.

Nice gesture, but keep in mind that this is the same GOG that was poised to release Devotion by RedCandleGames, only to renege on it because CCP imbeciles told them to. They are brave against censorship except when it involves actual conflict with censors. As soon as that happens, it’s bootlick city.
And doing this with just 13 games? F95 catalogues 13 games… a day. I feel like GOG needs to up their game here.

Cancel and try to redeem again, I sometimes end up in the dumb loop for no reason as well.
Legit took me 20 minutes to just get this;

- click login, reset password -> 5 captchas

Yeah what’s up with those lately? I’ve noticed them taking longer and longer to solve as well as being more difficult.
It’s ReCaptcha owned by Google, if you’re using a non-Chrome browser or an ad blocker it punishes you with tedium. Probably illegal to sabotage your competition but when did that ever stop them.
Supposedly they are more likely to give you captchas if there is high traffic, like every week when people try to claim their prime free games at the same time. If I get a captcha I just close out and try again later because you never know how many you are going to get.
Could it be AI getting better at solving them, so they need to be more complex? No idea how this works, so just a thought.
I don’t even get a captcha, just a straight up error, when I try to redeem the code (with adblock disabled).
