No, it would have to be “TOTALLY not haunted” to get my business.
I lived here for 500 years and never seen a ghost!
Since I live in reality, where there’s no such thing as ghosts or hauntings, it wouldn’t have any effect on my decision.
i only responded yes but you explain it the way I feel.
I used to feel the same way until that summer.
I know what you did that summer.
yes.
Of course, they just told you It’s not hunted 😉😉 nothing to worry about
Can I sue for false advertising if I see a creepy Victorian era pair of twins in the hallway that ask me to come play with them at 3am?
Those are just the jet lagged kids from the Austrian family in 27B.
Do you like Rummikub?
If you can prove the existence of ghosts in court, you want be needing the lawsuit payout.
If you can prove it with a proponderence of existence in a court of civil law, sure.
Why would I want to stay at a hotel that wasn’t haunted?
would not influence my decision.
I dunno, if the best they can come up with to promote their hotel is “there aren’t any ghosts!” when… ya know, ghosts aren’t real, that makes me kinda suspicious. It’s like when you see a “GMO free” label on salt, or something. If that is the best selling point they can come up with, it makes me question why they don’t have any other, more substantial or more relevant points to talk up their product.
If it has to tell you it is not haunted, it is definitely haunted.
A sign like that would give a lot of confidence. I already bought three of these creepy victorian dolls whose eyes seem to follow you around the room because the seller assured me they’re not cursed in any way.
You should bring the dolls to the hotel! Nothing bad could ever happen if you did that.
A model like this was proposed for the home real estate market on Nathan for you. I assume there’s some carry over to hotels as well
Only because I’d expect it to be, idk, spooky in whatever way (I don’t believe in/understand hauntings) so it would be kind of exciting, but then if it were not I could not even complain because, after all, it was advertised as “not haunted”. 😔
There could have been several murders, yet it still wouldn’t be haunted…
So that might be the thing to check out before checking in.Na. Not because I care about hauntings or not, but because if the beat thing you can think to sell your hotel on is that it’s not interesting, it sounds like a shit-tier hotel whether it’s actually haunted or not
My partner and I still make fun of the motel we passed that proudly announced it had… wifi
You don’t like stopping at a motel with COLOR TV?
Haunted hotels are where all the good history is at, so no.
