The people who make these laws completely forget that trans men exist.
No they didn’t. The point of these laws is exactly what has happened in this article. It’s to force trans people in general to make an impossible choice and be pushed out of existing in public society. There is literally nothing about these laws that is expected to improve anyone’s safety - that’s just the cynical rhetoric used to stop liberals objecting.
I don’t think they care. It’s all about scoring cheap political points
