I would like it changed to 25 or 33% of one house, and the president doesn’t get to choose their running mate. The VP is whomever gets the second most votes. The VP then comes from whom got 3rd. And an emergency vote it held to pick another backup. It would essentially dissolve the power of the executive branch back to being ruled by Congress… kind of like a representative government… A republic one might even say.
