I feel like your chances of being born in a decent place in B are pretty good. Most of that’s Canada or Mexico. You might be born in western Texas, but you can always leave.
K is clearly the best, but E is underrated. Some highly developed countries there, just have to hope you won’t get Myanmar.
Cambodia isnt great either. With B, you can always move to a decent part of Mexico.

I can’t speak to now, but 20 years ago, at least, NZ and Canada were some of the easier western countries to emigrate to.

Interesting, I don’t know much about New Zealand except for what friends told me about their work and travel experience and Taskmaster NZ and thought there might be a big South African(?) community there.
