The picture isn’t loading for me, can only see it in tiny thumbnail view, so if anyone else is experiencing this glitch, here I screenshat the tiny thumbnail then enlarged it so I could read it.

Strongly suggest not telling anyone when you make such a decision. Keep it to yourself, work privately, and keep going until someone else comments (and then keep going anyway).

Telling people gets their praise, then you have a false sense of accomplishment and motivation gets sapped.

Completely projecting. Maybe you’re already doing this, what do I know? But maybe it’s a helpful perspective, so I said it anyway.

It’s the other way around for me. Telling people holds me accountable and adds some external motivation.

I experienced this myself for sure. Just do the thing and get into it. Also helps make sure youre really doing it for yourself.

Drugs and a heavy injury is all I needed. Lost 20kgs (44 lbs) in two weeks and haven’t ever regained them.

Yeah well the drugs in question are cigarettes and weed. And the weight lost was mostly muscles. /s in case anyone couldn’t tell Would not recommend a permanent nerve injury just to fucking lose some weight
