According to the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office, Tyler Boebert was arrested following an investigation involving the sheriff’s office and local prosecutors.
“I love my son,” the U.S. representative told USA TODAY in response to a request for comment. “We take these allegations very seriously and pray for everyone affected during this challenging time.”
