Statue should be based on this picture:

Maybe by the same artist who did the Ronaldo statue:

    Plaque should be:

“What day/night will be the wildest party on your island?”

Whatever they build, it needs a plaque that says “I built this monument before Elon killed himself”

    👍.

A German artist’s collective called Political Beauty kind of did that stunt successfully. They rented a property next to Höcke’s private house (one of the heads of the fascist AfD). Then they build a holocaust memorial like the big one in Berlin, which Höcke now sees from his living room 😅.

Edit: English news article about it

If they’re after suggestions for designs, I say let grok create it. Add an extra level of spice and spectacle when it obviously ends up in court

He’s been saying he wants to do more live streams, too. Based on a past livestream he did, that’ll be fun for many people!

      slightly richer guy

The wealthiest co-founder Max Temkin has an estimated wealth of 250 million. Elon is now at almost 700 billion.

Musk is 2800 times wealthier than Temkin. The word “slightly” is mathematically incorrect.

The land was bulldozed, turned into a gravel lot and used as a construction depot. CAH sued, and just before trial SpaceX offered them a settlement which they accepted. The exact details were confidential, but the land was finally vacated by the trespassers, and a local landscaping company removed the literal tons of gravel that had been compacted into the soil and restored it to a natural looking state.

Since they settled out of court, the case was dropped and the court didn’t say anything.

Elon didn’t steal it, but SpaceX did trespass on it with construction equipment and left it trashed. They settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.

Sounds like they annexed it into a town, too. Seems like he’s trying pretty hard to steal it, if that’s the case.

“Annexed” is an odd way for them to frame it. The property was previously outside of any incorporated cities. The city of Starbase was later incorporated and the property is in the area covered by the new city boundaries.

Well, unfortunately, most people are on these sad little bitch platforms, and outreach of this is important.

I don’t mind too much about them using it for outreach but if that is the only platform they use then that’s a bit weird.

Why does CAH, a hugely profitable game producer, need to crowd fund a comedy statue that will get them loads of publicity?

Yeah, why don’t they just quietly do it in private and not tell everybody about it?

      Oh right.

Maybe they have employees to pay and fucking with billionaires and the right is something that desperately needs organization and enactment by people with lots of outreach but is ultimately up to all of us working together?

need to crowd fund a comedy statue that will get them loads of publicity?

Because it gives them loads more of publicity, also people loves to be involved if they have a chip in it.

Why do people buy subscriptions for the biggest streamers, earning 10s of thousands of dollars in ad revenue each month? Because they want to be a part of it, they want to chip in to let the show go on
