A lot of these sites behave fine if you put your browser in “reader” mode. Don’t get me wrong, they should still be ostracised, but at least this way you can use their bandwidth without seeing ads.

When it comes to music, I know the songs more than I know the person or the group. Honestly, I had never heard of the bat incident, but I had heard of the dove one.

Yeah, I think he had to go to the hospital and have those shots done. If you don’t know, you need like six shots in the abdomen with a foot-long needle. Might have been some legal trouble too, bats are protected in a lot of jurisdictions.
At least for rabies it’s not so bad anymore, just a few regular shots in the shoulder.
