A lot of the time when someone thinks that something is a phase, it’s not. Assume it’s permanent, and act as such.

Yes, I’ve put off lots of commitments where I wasn’t ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN because I was afraid to change my mind and look foolish.

But then I’ve always admired people who could make big decisions even without perfectly knowing what the outcome would be!

I blame society. People see changing one’s mind as a sign of weakness, they call it “flip-flopping” and such like.

In reality, it takes guts to change your mind, especially over something so personal. And I’m tired of pretending it doesn’t.

I did as such. I have been a month on estrogen with my mind swinging with this decision in intervals of a few hours to 2 days. Well now I broke all of my syringes just so I don’t do it again just because of a mood swing in a stage where everything is reversible or at least can be hidden. I have small breast buds but I like them and they will for the most part shrink. I want to continue but I need more time I think.
